Hello

YAY!! finally!! Shopping Day!!, I hope you have a list and are ready to hit the shop, you can do so HERE and don’t forget if you need more inspiration just head over HERE..

I have one last card for you today using the August Release and this time I am using the August Freebie, can we just take a minute to let out a super cute sigh for that donkey…

Well yes that is what is on my card today, stamping her out as I think she is a girl and colouring with Copics, I hand cut her out and set her aside..

I then took a white piece of card stock that I stenciled the back ground in Tickled Pink and Wild Wisteria inks, using the Full of Hearts stencil…

I then took some Cement Gray card stock and die cut the word Love You from the Simply Hello and Love You die, adding this to the stenciled background..

I then stamped the donkey onto the background and added my coloured and cut out donkey over the top with foam tape…

I completed this card by stamping a sentiment from the From Me to You and added enamel hearts…

I sure hope you enjoy your shopping day and have loads of fun playing with the new goodies..

Have a wonderful day!

Hugs

Hi there

Gosh we have finally made it to the last day of the August Release Countdown…tomorrow will be the big day for your shopping, YAY!!

We have loads more on the blog again today to share as inspiration so be sure to swing past..

I created a cat lovers card today…

Stamping out the sweet kitties from the Cute Cats set, colouring with Copics and die cutting..

I then took some trimmed white card stock and the Captivating Mandala Stencil, adding Cement Gray ink to the partial stencil…

I then trimmed a piece of pattern paper from the Black and White Stripes paper pad and added this to the stencil area..

Next, I added my little kitties and stamped a sentiment up in the top left hand corner..

I completed the card by adding some Tiny Heart Shapes Sprinkles…

I look forward to being back here tomorrow for New Product Launch..

Have a wonderful day!

Hugs

Hello

Yet another day of the August Release Countdown and that means we are inching even closer to the shopping day, I hope you are all getting super excited..

Remember to pass on by the blog today to see loads of inspiration from the DT and to view even more product reveals..

I created a card today that as we all know are one of the hardest cards to create when we have lost someone that we love and care about, those sympathy cards..

I hope you find some inspiration to maybe take some time to create at least one to have on hand when you really do need to have one…

I chose to use the Fluttering Friends stamp set, stamping out two of the dragonflies and one branch, coloured them all in with blue hues of Copics and die cutting these out..

To keep the card simple, elegant and a simple meaning, I took sentiments from the Fluttering Friends and also From Me to You, I stamped in Cement Gray over the white card stock to create not only a background effect but also to convey the message of thought…

I finished off this card by adding Clear Sequins..

Be sure to swing past here tomorrow for Day 1..

Happy crafting!

Hugs

Hello

Gosh, we have finally reached the halfway point of the August Release Countdown, I hope you have been enjoying seeing all the goodies so far..

Don’t forget to swing past the blog for loads more inspirations and shares..

I am here today to share the latest Pure Innocence stamp called Tu-tu Sweet..

I stamped her out and coloured her in with Copics then die cut out…

Next, I took white card stock and embossed in white embossing powder the Mandala Background…

Once this was set with heat tool I added just a touch of Summer Splash ink to the centre of the panel..

Die cutting out using the Single Stitch Line Rectangle Frame, adding the frame with foam tape to more white card stock and adhering the inside section with regular tape runner..

I added my little girl and stamped a sentiment at the base of the card..

Finishing off with a scattering of Mermaid Mix Sequins..

I will be back tomorrow with yet another creation, until then have a fabulous Sunday or Saturday wherever you are in the world..

Hugs

Hi there

So pleased it is the weekend and that I am back here to share with you all day 4 of the August Release Countdown…

So today I am sharing the latest Birdie Brown collection called Frightfully Sweet, hard to believe that it is almost that time to start creating these Halloween cards and of course Christmas won’t be far behind..but what a cute set to get us started..

I chose the images I wanted to have on my card and coloured them in with Copics, die cutting and setting aside..

Next, I took some white card stock and using the Post-it tape, I taped off an area so that it would mask…adding Grapesicle ink to the background, then taking the Mini Cloud Stencil I added Blueberry ink over the top to create a 2 tone cloud effect..

Choosing to have a fence at the base of the card, I die cut the Animal Farm Fence out of Black Licorice card stock…

I then added my little critters, stamped a sentiment at the top of the masked off area and finished the card by adding some black stars that I took from the older set called Happy Haunting..

Have fun having a look at the rest of the teams creations today, I will be back with day 3 tomorrow..

Hugs

Hi there

Gosh isn’ the year just flying by again, we are now in August and a new month means new Release Countdown for MFT..

So we start you off with Day 5 today and sharing loads of product on my card..

I chose to use images from the Friendship Rocks set, colouring these with Copics and setting aside..

I then worked on the rest of the card, by trimming a piece of Pure Plum card stock and adding a spotlight look to the centre using the In the Spotlight stencil with White Pigment and Pure Plum inks, at the base of the card stock I added Black Soot ink to give more depth..

Once I was happy with the look of the area stenciled I added some Opaque White Copic flicks to add shine to the card, setting this aside to dry..

I then went to the die cutting machine and die cutting Razzle Berry card stock using Take the Stage die, I added Razzle Berry Ink to the edges and white flicks to these parts aswell…

I then assembled these pieces to the Pure Plum card stock and then re die cut the curtain tie backs out of Black Licorice..

I added my little girl that I added some White Gel pen to for more sparkle and then moved onto the sentiment..

The sentiment strip I stamped with Versamark and embossed with White Embossing Powder, adding this to the base of the card..

I completed the card by adding some star confetti..

Be sure to head over to the blog today to see more amazing creations from the team..

I will be back tomorrow to share more with you..

Have a fabulous day!

Hugs
