Hello everyone

I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend, I hope some crafting is happening or even just some relaxation..

So awhile back here on my blog when blogging was the big thing I would share a segment called Bits and Pieces, these were links to all craft related things, mainly cards around the internet, well I want to revamp and bring this back but in a different way..

My idea is to share links to different crafting related items, this could be links to people’s amazing crafting talents, to links to information to even other crafts, this will just be a place to grab your coffee or tea and relax perusing the internet for different and sometimes ideas and things you may have seen already but also some you may not have..

It’s all about sharing the love!

So welcome to my first Hello Sunday post!

My love for card making I don’t think will ever change, there are times when I just don’t want to make another card but then other times I cannot live without dabbling in some sort of card making and I am guessing that everyone seems to have this from time to time, but people and their talents inspire me so and I wanted to share a few here, hopefully they spark your mojo and please if you have some time pop on over to their blogs, leave some love or visit their IG page and do the same..

Disclaimer – some links may contain Affiliate Links..

Laura Bassen, her style, cleanliness and imagination is always something I aspire to be and is a constant source to go to when I am stuck mojo wise..

This card is so soft and pretty and yet the other card just makes me smile and I hope it does for you..

Be sure to go have a look at her Instagram account and You Tube Channel..

The second amazing creative person I wish to share here this Sunday is the talented Alberto Gava, I came across Alberto just in this last year and was totally blown away by his colouring skills, he is truly gifted and AMAZING artist and I hope you will pop over and check out what he creates..

Alberto’s Instagram Account

The last 2 people that I wish to share are 2 that are on IG and are super gifted people..

I had to pleasure to work alongside Nicky Meek when I was working at Pretty Pink Posh and her ability to create cards that have softness is so eye catching..these images that you see on both of her beautiful cards are from Hello Bluebird a company I am yet to get my hands on their stamps and dies and I long to do so…

Sara Zoppit was one that I came across on Pinterest and noticed how beautiful not only is her colouring but also her blending skills with distress inks, both of the cards that you see below are images used from Hello Bluebird..

Sara has created some beautiful cards so please go check her out also and maybe follow both of these aspiring ladies..

Lastly, in the card making arena who could not go past Debby Hughes her water colouring techniques always leave me drooling at the side of the mouth and one day I would like to grow up just like her..

Debby’s Instgram Account and You Tube Channel..

Now to share some of my favourite stamps of late that have been released, the first of the companies I am sharing today will be Clearly Besotted, not only do they create wonderful and cute products, but their customer service is truly outstanding and they are the most beautiful people in this industry, so please follow their blog, Instagram and You Tube..

I am going to leave you now with 2 companies with great sales, now there are a lot more out there, but I am not wanting inundate you with everything in one post, but I sure do hope you have seen some inspiration from these amazing artists and links that help you get crafty this weekend..

My Favorite Things is offering this fabulous offer:

Altenew is another company that is sharing a great deal..

I will be back again on Sunday with even more shares and next time something a little different in the crafting section..

Thanks for stopping by I will be back again really soon with some card sharing..

I hope you have enjoyed shopping the latest release from MFT..

Today we have more inspiration as well as lovely crafty friends joining us to share more creations from the March Release..

I chose to use the latest from Stacey Yacula called Sky High..

I kept my card very CAS to give you an idea that a card can be made really quick for that perfect gift..

I coloured in one of the images and die cut out..

I then masked off an area on my card to which I added some stenciling using the Clouds Stencil and Blue Breeze ink..

I added my image and stamped a sentiment down one side of the stenciled area and on the other side added some score lines..

To complete the card I added some pearls and the card was complete..

Thank you for all the lovely comments this month, you are truly wonderful people..

Enjoy the creations and I hope you have a great crafty day!

Hi Again

Gosh we are now sitting at Day 2 of the March Release Countdown, are you all getting excited to purchase these products..

I know I have had a lot of fun creating with these products this month and I know the rest of the team have also, so be sure to pop on over to the blog to check out even more creations and products..

I have a fairly simple yet impact card..

Stamping out one of those cute fairies from the Flower Fairies, colouring with Copics and die cutting out..

I also die cut the Framed die out of white card stock and also the latest pattern paper called Spring Whimsy, the soft yellow was perfect for my little yellow fairy..

I added the frame and pattern paper to a white card and then added my fairy..

I completed this card by stamping a sentiment from white card stock and die cut using Skinny Strips, adding this to the top of the card and finishing touch was some pearls to add even more softness.

Thanks for swinging past here again and leaving your wonderful comments..

Have a wonderful day!

Well can you believe we are now halfway through the March Release Countdown at MFT..

I have another fun card for you today and even more wonderful product..

Don’t forget to check out even more creations and products over at the Blog..

I chose to use 2 new products together on this card, Scripty Smile Die and Caticorn stamp set..

Colouring in one of the cute little cats and adding some blush to the little cheeks, die cutting out and setting aside..

Whilst still at the die cutting machine, I took several layers of white card stock and on each of these I ran the Scripty Smile die through each, adhering each of the layers together to form dimension..

Next, I took a white panel and masked off an area in the middle, inking the masked area with After Midnight ink, once I was happy with the inking I flicked some Copic white over the top to create stars in the sky..

I completed this card by adding my image and die cut and then stamped another sentiment onto white card stock adding this below the die cut..

Thanks for taking the time to comment here again, I look forward in bringing yet another card tomorrow..

Have a relaxing crafty day!

Well thank you for all your lovely comments from my Day 5 of the March Release Countdown for MFT, so nice to pop into my blog and see all these beautiful comments, so appreciative..

So today is Day 4 and we have even more installed for you today, so be sure to pop on over to the blog to see what’s installed..

I have a little ray of sunshine on my card today using the Straight Up Rainbow, that cloud I mean seriously, who wouldn’t smile seeing that cut face..

I chose another pastel coloured card, to which I die cut strips of Tickled Pink, Sno Cone, Lemon Chiffon, Peach Bellini and Grapesicle card stocks, I also die cut Black Licorice and a little more Tickled Pink to add behind on my white cloud..

I then took a white panel and added even more clouds using the Cloud Stencil with Blue Breeze, backing this to a Grout Gray Frame that I die cut using the Framed die..

Whilst at the die cutting machine, I die cut the word Smile out of Black Licorice card stock and also a sun from the Rain or Shine set..

I added my Straight Up Rainbow to the inner section of the Framed area, along with the sentiment Smile and Sun..

I completed this card by stamping another sentiment from the Bitty Birthday set and die cut using the Skinny Strips and lastly, adding a scattering of sequins..

Hello there

OMG!! Can you believe we are already in March, I mean seriously can it just slow down a bit, I do have to say in other ways I am pleased we are in March as that means for us here in Australia we are now in Autumn and that makes this gal very happy indeed!

Okay so enough babble, how about we start you off on the March Release Countdown over at MFT, there is many mind blowing products for this month and I have to say my favourite of the collection would have to be of course the latest from Birdie Brown called Unicorns and Glitter, I mean total overload of cuteness..

Be sure to head to the blog to check out what the rest of the team have been using and sneaks of new some of the latest products being released this month..

Now onto my card, I knew I wanted to create using these sweet little images, so I stamped and coloured in soft pastel colours with my Copics then die cut the images out and set aside..

I then took some white card stock and using the Framed die that is also being released, I die cut a panel, this gives a soft score line frame and the inner portion die cuts out, to which I added Tickled Pink, Lemon Chiffon and Berrylicious inks to..

I added this to my card base along with my little images and stamped a sentiment onto white card stock, placing this towards the top of the card..

I completed this card by adding sparkle stamping out stars with White Tooth Pigment Ink and some White and Clear Gelly Roll dots..

I will be back again tomorrow so be sure to swing by..

Have a great day, with loads of crafting..
