Hi There

The day has finally arrived, the latest release for MFT is now live for purchase, which you can do so HERE

I hope you all enjoy the latest release and I once again just want to send out a huge thanks for commenting along the way of the release, it really is lovely to read all the comments and know you are inspired..

So I have one last card to share with you all..

I created a soft coloured card using the Magical Mandala Background…

I took a piece of white card stock and the Magical Mandala Background, inked up with Versamark ink and stamped off to one side of the card stock, embossing with White Embossing Powder..

Once the background was embossed, I went about inking using the Berrylicious, Wild Wisteria and Limelight…

I trimmed a small fraction off one side of the card stock and taking some Gold Sparkle Card Stock, I added a strip to the card base and adhered the panel with some foam tape for dimension..

Whilst I had the Gold card stock out, I die cut a heart from the Hearts in a Riw – Horizontal, I place it onto more or less the centre of the Mandala and completed my card by adding strips of sentiments that were embossed with Gold Embossing Powder From the Heart set..

Be sure to check out what the rest of the Team created today, have fun shopping..

The last day of the MFT February Release Countdown, I hope you are all excited for this release..

I have day 1 card to share with you today and this time I created using the Furever Friends pairing it with the Hooray and Single Stitch Line Tag-Corner Rectangle..

So of course I stamped out my little image that I wanted to have on my card, coloured with Copics and die cut out..

Next, I took some white card stock and ran it through my die cutting machine several times with the Single Stitch Line Tag-Corner Rectangle, adhering the frames together to form dimension..

With the negative piece of card stock, I took Berrylicious ink and applied some blending to the base..

I adhered both of these pieces to a white card base and added my little image off to one side..

Next, was the sentiments, the first being the Hooray die cut, that I ran through the die cutting machine several times, adhering together to form dimension, with the top layer of this word I die cut some Silver Sparkle card stock for a little shine..

Adding this word die cut to the top of the frame, I stamped another sentiment from the same stamp set and added this to the inner part of the frame along with some stamped little paw prints and my card was complete..

Thank you everyone that has left such lovely comments along the way this month, lifting ones spirits and being kind in the world is what matters..

Be sure to swing past the Blog to see the rest of the teams amazing creations..

Hello there

Inching ever so close now to the MFT February Release being live for purchase, I sure hope you have your shopping lists ready…

Today I am sharing a card using the Canine Companions along with Paw Prints dies..

Such a sweet set, I took the little doggies that I wanted to use and stamped out, coloured in with Copics and die cut out..

Next, I wanted the dogs to be highlighted, so in order to do this, I took some masking paper and the Circle Stax, die cutting into the masking paper, adding this to a trimmed piece of white card stock, then blending with Sno Cone, Tropical Teal and Sour Apple, until I was happy with the colour tones and the blend…

I added my little doggies and taking a sentiments from the same set, I stamped both above and below the dogs..

Completing the card by die cutting into the white panel using the little doggie paws from the Paw Prints die…adding Black Licorice card stock to the back..

Be sure to pass by the Blog today to check out the rest of the teams amazing creations..

I will be back with Day 1 tomorrow..

Have a great day!

Hello and happy Sunday

Hope you are all enjoying your weekend, it has been a productive weekend here even though I am pretty sick with a cold, non the less I have managed to get a lot done and that makes for a happy life..

I am heading into the craft room after I type this post up and schedule it..what are you all up to today?

Today at MFT it is halfway through the Release Countdown and I sure hope you are enjoying the creations that the team have been sharing with you all..

For my creation today I am using the latest Pure Innocence girl and she is such a sweetie called Birthday Girl..

I stamped her and and coloured her in, of course I paper pieced her dress and die cut her out setting her aside..

Taking around 4 pieces of white card stock, I took the Single Stitched Line Tag Corner Rectangle die and die cut, adhering each of the out edge together to form dimension..

With 2 of the inner parts that were to be discarded I applied Lemon Chiffon and Pink Lemonade, die cutting the word Wish out of the Pink Lemonade and with the Lemon Chiffon I die cut and discarded the letters.  I adhered the Lemon Chiffon panel back into the frame and with the Pink Lemonade letters I placed into the die cut sections…

I added my girl off to one side of the frame and then added an extra sentiment from the Anything but Basic Birthday Wishes, die cutting around the sentiment using the Stitched Sentiment Strips..

Completing the card by adding a scattering of Clear Sequins..

I will be back with day 2 tomorrow, have fun checking out the rest of the creations for today…

Today we are sharing creations for Day 4 of the release…

I am sharing the latest in the Birdie Brown range called Birthday Chicks and they are just the cutest, I paired this with the Big Birthday Die, which is a fun die that is a large die to make a huge impact on a card..

I took out the stamps I wanted to use and placed them all into my Mini Misti, stamping and colouring in, then die cutting them all out and setting aside..

Next, I took a trimmed piece of white card stock and Pink Lemonade and Spearmint inks and applied ink to top and bottom of this panel..

Heading back to the die cutting station, I took the inked piece of white card stock and the Big Birthday die, die cut into this panel..

I added this to a white card base with foam tape including the inner parts of each letter and placed my little chicks around the die cut…

I finished off the card by adding another couple of sentiments and some Clear Sequins and the card was complete..
