Hi there

I hope you are all well and are liking the start of the MFT September Release Countdown..

Don’t forget to head to the blog to see even more amazing product and inspiration for you today..

I worked with a beautiful set called, Christmas Cardinal..I just adore those sweet little cardinals so I knew I definitely wanted to create with this set..

So I took a panel of Cement Gray card stock and trimmed a panel down, then taking the branch, I stamped and embossed with white embossing powder all over the panel, to create my own background..

I then moved onto colouring the cardinal and holly branch with my Copics, die cutting these out and adding the the Cement Gray panel..

I completed this card by stamping a sentiment onto white card stock and embossing with gold embossing powder..

I think this card has a air of elegance and you really have so many options with this wonderful set..

I will be back again tomorrow for more inspiration for you..

Enjoy the rest of your day!

Hugs

Hi there

Hard to believe we are now into September and that we are sharing yet another Release Countdown over at MFT, be sure to head on over for the first day of the Countdown to check out all the amazing projects as well as some sneaks of the latest product that will be releasing..

I am working with the latest from Birdie Brown this month called, Present time, those snowmen are cute right?

So I stamped out the images I wished to work with, coloured them with Copics then die cut them out..

Whilst at the die cutting machine I took white card stock and using the Stitched Slimline Snow Drift dies, I die cut two pieces to create the snow banks for my scene..

On another piece of white card stock I took After Midnight ink and applied from one side of the card up on an angle..

Once this was blended to how I wanted this to look, I took water and flicked over to create some wicking and then added some flicks of white paint to create snow falling..

I added my drifts and then my images and completed the card by stamping a sentiment onto more white card stock to which I added to the top of the card..

I hope you all enjoy checking out the amazing product that will be released this month..

I will be back again tomorrow..

Hugs

Hi there

It is that time of the week again and over at MFT it is the start of a new Sketch Challenge, so why not take out some stamps and dies and join in the fun, head over HERE to check out on how you can enter..

I chose this sketch to do die cutting mostly on my card and by this I mean most apart from the sentiment was stamped..

I took the Turntable die and die cut the several components out of Black Licorice, Berrylicious and Steel Grey card stock..

I then took some pattern paper from the Positively Peppy Paper and took 2 sheets that I trimmed down to match the sketch, adding these to white card base..

I then added my components of the Turntable..

Adding some scoring in 2 corners of the card stock as I felt it needed a little something else..

Completing this card by stamping a sentiment onto white card stock using a sentiment from the Bitty Birthday Wishes, die cutting around using the Skinny Strips and adding to the card..

I hope you all have fun playing this week..

I will be back tomorrow for the start of the new release countdown..

Have a great day!

Hugs

Hello there

Gosh I have had quite a busy week here on my blog and I round out the week with one more card, this time its the Color Challenge at MFT and it has been awhile since I played along, so I encourage you all to do the same if you have not for awhile, click HERE to view inspiration and details on how you can enter to win..

Working with the colours of the challenge, I took some Blueberry card stock and die cutting the word BOO using the Impact Alphabet dies..

I also die cut the Spooky Fence die out of some Steel Grey and set both of these aside..

Taking a white panel I die cut the panel using the Framed die adhering this to another piece of white card stock..

I added my fence along with my Boo word and then went about colouring a pumpkin from the Autumn Blessings..

To round out this card I stamped a sentiment from the Spooktacular stamp set onto Grout Gray card stock, die cutting around this with Skinny strips, adding this as well as the pumpkin and the card was complete..

I look forward to seeing what you create for this challenge..

Have fun!

Hi there

Back again today to share the latest creation for the current sketch challenge at MFT, be sure to head over HERE to see all inspiration to get you started on your card and for details on how you can enter for a chance at winning..

I chose to pull out the sweet Piggy Pebbles and colour in one of the images with Copics, die cutting and setting aside..

I then took a white panel that I trimmed down and added some blending with Coral Crush and Lemon Chiffon, spritzing some water over the top to add some texture..

Stamping a sentiment at the top of the inked panel and then added my little piggy..

Next, I took another white panel and to this I trimmed some Petite Gingham pattern paper adding strips to match the sketch..

Completing this card by adding my inked panel with piggy and die cutting some Peach Belini hearts from the Tag Builder Blueprints 5, adding this just above the piggy..

I hope you have fun creating with this sketch..
