Hope you are all having a great day..
I am back to share the latest Hits and Highlights post at MFT with you all and this time around we are sharing all things Summer, Surf and Sand..
I chose to work with the Pure Innocence, Sweet Summertime and coloured her in with Copics, die cutting out and working then with the Watermelon Slice die..
To which I die cut the components out and inked up the panels with distress ink and adding them to a white card base along with my little girl…
I completed this simple card by stamping a sentiment onto some Black Licorice card stock from the Bitty Thanks and Gratitude set..
I added this to the top of the card and added a scattering of enamel dots..
I hope you will find some crafty time and have some fun playing..
Have a great day!
Hope you have all had fun shopping the Mid Month Release at MFT today…such a beautiful release..
Today, I am back to share the latest sketch challenge to which you can click HERE for more details on how you can enter for a chance at winning and see loads of inspiration to get you started..
I grabbed an older set and one that I love to create for boys, the Space Explorer, to which I coloured the images with Copics and die cut out..
I then took a panel of white card stock and added Distress Inks to create an outer space look, adding white gel pen and glitter pen as stars..
I added my little images and then went about stamping sentiments from the Greetings and Salutations and Bitty Birthday Wishes to Black Licorice card stock, embossed with White Embossing Powder and die cutting each sentiment using the Skinny Strips..
Adding my sentiments and inked panel with images to a white card base and my card and sketch was complete..
I hope you have loads of fun creating and playing in this weeks sketch challenge..
Have a wonderful crafty day!

I went with a water coloured background this time, adding various colours until I was happy with the blend and die cutting a circle, to which I stamped the Fine Lined Floral onto with Black Licorice ink..
Onto a piece of white card stock I stamped and embossed the All Lined Up Background, trimming this piece down..
This along with the circle feature, I adhered to a white panel and added sentiments from the Bitty Birthday Wishes which I embossed onto Wild Wisteria card stock and die cut around these with Skinny Strips..
Completing this card by adding a scattering of sequins..

Time for Day 2 of the Mid Month Release for June, I hope you have all loved what you have seen and we have even more install for you again today, so be sure to head to the blog..
I chose to do a bit of inking and create a resist inking technique..
I took the Corner Blooms stamp, stamping onto some card stock and embossing with white embossing powder..
Next, I chose distress oxide inks, black soot, evergreen bough and antique linen, blending all the colours together until happy..
I wanted to frame my image so I die cut the Framed die onto white card stock and added my image to this background and then to a Steel Grey card base..
I finished off this card by adding a sentiment from the Essential Sentiments that I embossed with white embossing powder onto Black Licorice card stock, adding this to the base of the flower and Clear Drops..
Have fun seeing all the amazing projects again today and thank you for all the amazing comments about my Magnolia Blossom card…

I tried my hand with some no line water colouring and using my Karin Brush Markers again and I am starting to get the feel of these wonderful brush markers..
To start my card off, I took one of the Magnolia Blossoms and stamped with Antique Linen Distress Ink onto some water colour paper..
I took my time colouring the image until I was completely happy with the result..
Next, I stamped a sentiment from the Happy Hummingbirds with Cement Gray Ink..
I completed the card by adding some score lines around the image and some pearls..
I wanted to keep the image the show case and I hope I have succeeded..
