The Greetery!

Hi there

I have just woken this morning to find that my post did not go live last night, I have no idea where it has gone to so hugest apologies..

So I am re writing a very quick post..

I have the huge honour of being a guest for The Greetery…I have been a massive fan of Betsy Veldman for years, I mean who hasn’t, her knowledge let alone her amazing talent is something to aspire to..

Now she has established her own company called The Greetery, with the most fabulous products..

I am sharing 2 cards with you this month and one being today called Lemon Blossom..

It is a beautiful layering stamp set and I know that you will all love to create with, so be sure to head over to The Greetery to see more of what is in stock..

I stamped out my images using various inks to get that gradient look and wanted to keep the focal point to the stamps itself, so I created a cluster to the center..

On the edges I used my score board to created just some subtle hints of more dimension..

Completing the card by stamping a 2 tone sentiment..

Be sure to head over to the Blog and follow The Greetery on Instagram..

Sorry again for the late posting but I thank you for joining me here today..

Hugs

Beautiful card, Joy, and the score lines add so much to the dimension. What brand of stylus do you use? I own the MS Scoring Board but don’t care for the included bone folder for scoring because it’s so flimsy. TIA!ReplyCancel

  • Joy this is absolutely stunning! Thank you for some amazing inspiration – I just got this set, yay! Into the craftroom I go :)ReplyCancel

Hi Joy! Don’t you just get baffled by things like a lost post. I chuckled when you said you didn’t know where it went. I just had something similar happen to me, and I told the on-line company, that I don’t think computers are infallible. Well enough of that. I totally agree with you about Betsy, she is AMAZING and I’m so happy she’s opened her own company. I love your card, you made the beautiful lemon & blossom the focal point and it’s beautifully framed. I look forward to seeing your next card. Thx Joy! 😊ReplyCancel
