MFT January Release Countdown Day 3!

Another hot day here at the cottage, so once again hunkered down under the AC and feel like taking a wee nap, so thought it was best to once again schedule this post just in case that does happen LOL..

Today at MFT we have reached Day 3 of the January Release Countdown, I hope you are all enjoying viewing the creations by the design team..

So today on my card I chose to use the sweet little Pure Innocence girl called Blowing Kisses, isn’t she just adorable…

I stamped her out and coloured in the skin, hair and shoes, then took some pattern paper from the Dots and Stripes Sorbet and paper pieced her little dress..

Working on the rest of the card I took a trimmed piece of white card stock and the Full of Heart stencil, adding some Pink Lemonade ink over the card stock in patches..

I then went to the die cutting station die cutting Pink Lemonade and Ripe Raspberry card stock using the Be Mine Banner, embossing the stitched line across the top of the white card stock..

Adding the Be Mine banner word across the top of the card stock as well as more pattern paper from the Dots and Stripes Sorbet..

Lastly, I added a stamped sentiment from the From the Heart and my little girl and the card was complete..

Thanks for taking the time to pass by my little old blog today, have a nice rest of the day!

I just love your beautiful colouring and paper piecing for her dress in the opposite colours used on the top strip of polka dot DP. The shading and softly stenciled heart BG are “icing on the cake/card!” Keep cool.ReplyCancel
