MFT October Release Countdown Day 4!

Hello

Well Happy Weekend to you all, this weekend we celebrate a long weekend and that is always nice to have an extra day off work to spend with family, friends or just have some down time, which is what we are doing this weekend..

I have just sat down to type up my blog post for the MFT October Release Countdown Day 4 and I have to say that you all made me smile this morning with the comments you left here, thank you so much for brightening my day!

So let’s jump into day 4…

I used the latest from Birdie Brown on this card called Happy Pawlidays, I mean let’s face the name itself is just the cutest..

I stamped out one of the sweet little pups and coloured with Copics, then die cut out, set aside to work on the rest of the card..

I then took some white card stock, that was trimmed slightly smaller then the card base and took some Blue Breeze ink and started to add snowbanks at the base of the white card stock using the latest stencil called, Drifts and Hills..

Once I was happy with that look, I moved onto die cutting, to which I took another new product called Merry Christmas Circle Frame, die cutting 4 layers of Cement Gray card stock, adhering each of the layers together, I added this to one side of the inked panel, making sure to trim off excess that I chose to let hang over the edge..

I added my little pup to the centre of this and then went to the die cutting machine again with some Sno Cone card stock, die cutting 2 snowflakes from the Let it Snowflake too..

I finished the card by stamping a sentiment from the Happy Pawlidays set, added my snowflakes and a Clear Sequin to their centres..

I am sure that you are going to love today’s creations from the team and I just know that you are starting your wish lists already…

Have a great day, I will be back with day 3 tomorrow..

Hugs
