MFT August Release Countdown Day 1!

Hi

We are finally at day 1 for the MFT August Release Countdown..

I sure hop you have spotted quite a few stamps and dies that are now on your wish list to purchase..

It has been a fun release and I look forward to sharing my last card tomorrow with you all, for now, let’s kick off day 1..

I used the cute little stamp set called Magical Day…cute bear, that I stamped out and coloured with Copics, die cut out and set aside..

I wanted to create a more interactive card this time round, so I took some Nightshift Blue card stock, die cutting a window into it using the Rectangle Shaker Window and Frame, whilst die cutting the opening, I also took some Black Licorice card stock and die cut the frame..

Before placing the shaker piece together, I took the stars from the Written in the Stars stamp set and stamped some stars either side of the window, embossing with Silver Embossing powder..

I added the Rectangle Shaker Pouch and adhered to the card stock, adding the frame on the other side of the pouch, I went about filling the pouch with Clear Sequins and Silver Confetti, I sealed up the back with some white card stock and on the front of the card stock, I added some white dots to represent further away stars..

I added my images to the card and completed the card by stamping a sentiment from the stamp set onto a Electric Red card stock, that I die cut using the Stitched Fishtail Sentiment Strip..

Thanks for taking the time to comment this month on all of my creations, means so much..

I look forward to being here tomorrow for the New Product Launch, for now be inspired by the rest of the team and their projects, HERE..

Hugs
