MFT April Release Countdown Day 1!

Woohoo!! Day one of the MFT April Release Countdown is here..are you all getting your shopping list ready??

So today I share a card that please excuse the grass section on my card, it went a little wonky and bent and well when I went to pull it off, it was going to rip the card, so hence I had to leave it, but hey, that is what crafting is, the good the bad and the ugly right?

My card today features Tweet Wishes, paired with Spring Scene Builder and Stitched Oval Word Windows..

Starting out as always, stamping out the images that I wished to colour, die cutting these once I was happy with the colouring and setting aside..

Whilst at the die cutting machine, I die cut a fence from white card stock using the Spring Scene Builder, some grass from Spearmint card stock and lastly some clouds from Sno Cone card stock..

Next, I trimmed a white piece of card stock slightly smaller then the card front and went about adding a soft inked background using Pineapple ink and attaching my little scene to the card…I die cut the word window at the base of the scene and with the inner piece I stamped a sentiment from the Tweet Wishes stamp set..

Adding the scene to the card base with foam tape and then adhered the stamped sentiment back into the panel…

I will be back tomorrow with my New Product Launch card with you all, in the meantime have fun checking out the design teams creations over at the MFT blog..
