MFT March Card Kit Release

The day is here for you to purchase the MFT March Card Kit, woohoo!!

Today the designers get to share more inspiration for you, so as soon as you get your kit you will have loads of creations to look back on and get you started..

For me today, I am sharing a card that is a very simple design and a technique that has been around for awhile now, but one I had forgotten about until yesterday, after seeing Jennifer McGuire’s video and it was a great jumping off point for me and the light bulb moment went off in my head and I knew I could do that on this card..

So taking the Doodle Blooms from the kit, I stamped out onto Tropical Teal card stock with Versamark and embossed with white embossing powder..then taking my Versamark Pen, I coloured in sections on the flowers and on the other parts of the flowers I added white pencil, giving it the monochromatic colouring technique..

I trimmed a section of Tropical Teal, set this aside, then trimmed a piece of Black Licorice card stock, adding a sentiment from the More Essential Sentiments, embossing it with white embossing powder also, adding this to white card along with the coloured piece and my card was done..

Be sure to head on over to the MFT blog to see the rest of the teams amazing creations..

Have a great day!
