MFT February Countdown Release Day 1

Hello there again

Last day of the Countdown Release for MFT, so tomorrow is the big day of the purchasing side of things, I sure hope you have your list ready..

Today I have a fairly understated card, very simple and one that you could make a production line of and make a big batch of..

I created this card using the Fancy Flowers stamp and die set along with the Words with Friends dies…

I stamped and embossed a flower twice onto card stock and using the inks Coral Crush and In the Buff, I applied ink in the areas that I wished the colours to be, I then die cut one and with the other I trimmed out the centre piece at the top of the flower, adhering together and setting aside..I then trimmed down a piece of Black Licorice card stock that I then die cut the word Hugs to one side of the card stock, adding this to a piece of trimmed white card stock, adding some twine at the top of the black strip and at the bottom I stamped out a sentiment from the Lots of Hugs stamp set in Cement Gray ink, finishing the card off by adding my flower and some enamel dots..

Be sure to swing past the blog to see more inspiration, I will be back again tomorrow with the release day..
