MFT November Card Kit!

Hi there

Today marks the start of the countdown of the MFT November Card Kit…super fun kit this month..

So without further ado, here is my take on the kit for what we call in the box, where the design team create with product that is only contained in the kit..

I chose to do more of a retro feel to my card, using 3 of the inks contained in the kit, Orange Fizz, Summer Splash and Pineapple, using a few stamps from the stamp set and creating pretty much a one layered card look, by stamping the images in various colours over Smooth White card stock…I then took a sentiment from the You Bake Me Happy stamp set also in the card kit, inking up with Black Licorice ink and stamping onto a piece of Smooth White card stock, cutting this into a banner form and adding it to the centre of the stamped panel…

For more inspiration be sure to swing past the MFT blog today and I will be back with Day 2 tomorrow..

  • Love the sentiment it made me laugh out loud! The colours also reminded me of the beautiful coloured stainless steel kitchen canisters my mum still uses….they are now what we’d call retro vintage. Have a fabulous day. Cheers Donna Z :)ReplyCancel
