Flowers

Morning All. Well I have been woken up early again this morning with noise across the road and I suppose it did not help when I did not go to bed until 2am this morning, I came home from work and worked on today’s card……….LOL, when will I ever learn………LOL.

So today’s card, I started with white card stock and ran the front of the card through the Cuttlebug, embossing it with Swiss Dots. I then took a piece of white card stock and stamped Hero Arts, Artistic Borders, Flower 4 times on the white card stock, I also stamped the same flower another 4 times onto some scratch white card stock, along with some leaves from the Hero Arts, Big and Small Flowers stamp set. I coloured all the images in with my Copic’s (see photo below of Copic’s used). I then blended over the top wth some Ranger, Distress Ink, Antique Linen. Once this had been blended to the desired look I cut the smaller flowers out of the images that were stamped on scratch white card stock and the leaves, attatched the leaves to the backs of the smaller flowers and added dimensionals under them and mounted between the other flowers that were already stamped on the white card stock. I added some white dots with my white gel pen throughout the blended areas, I also added some blending to the edges of the coloured card stock with some Ranger, Distress Ink, Brushed Corduroy and I cut 2 strips of a teal coloured card stock and glued them either side of the coloured card stock, I then added some dimensionals to the back and attached to the front of the card. Lastly, I added a Hero Arts, Everday Sayings sentiment and some pearls to finish the card.

Here is another view of the card.

Here is a photo of the Copic’s used.

I hope that you like today’s card and that you find a little inspiration in what I have created.

Have a great day everyone and I will see you all tomorrow.

Thanks for stopping by!
